Regular Rates

$700/week
$115/weeknight (2 night minimum)
$135/weekend night (2 night minimum)

Holiday or "In Season" Rates

$800/week
$135/night (2 night minimum out of season)
$2,700/month

* Holiday and festival weekends from May 1 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 3 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a week's stay.

Holidays and festivals book up quickly. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October. Please email us with questions.

Rates do not include Florida 9% tax. No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
